Mobile Food Trailer specializing in Cambodian Food.
We are a husband and wife duo with a food trailer that specializes in Cambodian “street” food. We provide appetizers, such as egg rolls, deep fried meatballs and wings. As well as entrees like beef, pork and chicken skewers. Our specialties are home cooked meals that we‘ve grown up on such as deep fried bananas, nom-pa-chuk and curry. Every dish you see, is a dish that has been made in a Cambodian household.
Our mission is to bring authentic Khmer flavors of lemongrass paste, tamarind and turmeric to your palate in the form of a home cooked meal to your plate. We want to invigorate your mind and feed your soul. Family is a core value of ours, and food gathers everyone together. We want everyone to feel welcome, and feel at home. Sou Sdey means “Hello”, so let’s greet each other as if it’s the first time, and leave knowing it’s not the last.
