About Us

Amplio is a non-profit certified development company whose purpose is to help small businesses obtain financing for the purchase, construction, renovation, or refinancing of owner-occupied commercial real estate, business acquisitions and equipment. We partner with the US Small Business Administration and local banks to provide small businesses with reduced rate, low down payment loans through the SBA 504 loan program. Our mission is to assist small businesses and to promote economic development. We work throughout the state of Minnesota.
