The Agent is designed to be your mentor and provide “on the job training” while you make decisions and implement unique strategies to advertise and market an insurance agency backed by a Fortune 40 company. Our mission is to protect what is most important to our clients; such as their family, their income, and their things. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Agent to develop advertising and marketing strategies.
Plan and schedule events to support our community and local businesses.
Social media director
Execute appointment setting customer contacts.
Strong work ethic
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening skills
Ability to create engaging social media posts
My Training Program Includes:
90 day training blast with weekly focus areas
