The Emerging Leaders of Shakopee invites you to join us for Leaders on Lunch.  This month we have Amy Nubson who will be speaking to us about "Clarity and Courage in Business.  

The Clarity and Courage In Business Event is about living within the "BRAND OF YOU" to embrace your uniqueness and recognize the power of your voice. By facing outdated beliefs and avoidance, participants can bridge the gap between their current selves and their untapped potential.
Clarity to identify who you are with self-reflection on our beliefs, break free from barriers and find your unique voice to create a new vision of yourself. We will discover how to embrace change and step out of our comfort zones, ultimately challenging us to let go of old habits standing in the way of growth. Gaining the power to navigate change, make decisions, and respond to events with composure and confidence. Igniting a stronger vision for ourselves, finding our unique voice, and planting the seeds of growth.
Courage is a fundamental aspect of the program, as it requires vulnerability and acceptance of self. You will be encouraged to open and be honest with yourself about your wants and needs, leading to freedom, ownership, and leadership.
Leading to confidence is nurtured through continuous learning and pushing boundaries, viewing past failure as a valuable stepping stone towards success.
